Team Alpha Runs on Long Island

On a hot summer night, Team Alpha from Long Island took part in the 4K race at Hempstead Lake State Park alongside an estimate of over 2,000 people.   The team finished the race behind the young and the swift, but were glad to be a part of the event.  They were excited to meet a couple from Port Washington who had taken Alpha in the past and whose family is currently taking a course in Bellmore!
