Team Alpha Event creation Form
Dear Team Alpha Event Coordinator,
Welcome to the new Team Alpha Event Management System (TAEMS). You are a few steps away from launching an interactive website where your Team Alpha participants can participate online, where donors can donate, and everyone can stay current with your Team Alpha event.
- Creating your customized Team Alpha website is an interactive process between you and Alpha USA Development. The first step is for you to complete the following form and click "Send" below to submit it for review. Development will acknowledge receipt of the form and let you know if additional information is needed.
- After your site has been configured (please allow 1 - 2 business days), you'll be able to review it and make comments and adjustments. You can view a sample site at www.teamalphausa.org.
- When the site is ready for launch, you will be able to access certain controls and reporting functions to help you manage your event.
- All along the way, you can email teamalpha@alphausa.org to get help.

Generally, for a race type of event we do not charge the participants to join Team Alpha. As your event is set up let us know if this is not the case.

Suggested Text: Team Alpha is a fun and exciting way to support Alpha, and we’d like to invite you and your church to join us! Whether you’re a runner, walker or just plain Alpha enthusiast…you’re invited to join Team Alpha! Participants from several local churches will join together on a team representing Alpha in the (event name) on (date). With your help, we hope to raise the visibility of the Alpha course , start conversations with our neighbors, and invite them along to the Alpha course. Plus, we'll raise funds to keep Alpha growing in our community. |
