GAT Team
A GAT team should come from a church that runs Alpha according to the recipe. All team members should have lead Alpha groups a number of times and all therefore be familiar with the DNA and course content.

The GAT team members need to be flexible, adaptable, and down to earth as plans are easily changed when working with the developing world.
Good communication and people management skills are essential. The team also needs to be highly organized and have the ability to work under pressure. A sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, adventure and humor are important too.
An ideal team is about 4-6 people, up to a maximum of 8 people. If the group is more than 8, it becomes difficult to manage, and a larger group can overpower the number of delegates present.
