Alpha USA will mail each participant/volunteer one free Team Alpha T-shirt a few weeks before the event.  Indicate the total T-shirts required for each size, for example, Total Large "1".  Note: women select a size less than you would normally wear - if you are normally medium, select a small.

The T-shirts are the same as 2010, if you already have one, and don't need another one, please do not fill out this section of the form.
