Main Speakers

A main speaker will probably be asked to do between 3 and 6 of the talks at a particular training event, depending on the whether the team are leading a two or four day training event. Everyone on the team will be expected to assist with ministry throughout the event as well as be available for networking as and where necessary.

Main Speaker Key Skills/Competencies:

• Good speaker, charismatic and able to engage the audience. Able to adapt the style of speaking according to audience
  

Considerations:

• Accents - strong accents could cause interpretation difficulties
