Prayer Leader

The Prayer Leader acts as the prayer coordinator for all Training Event ministry times. They are responsible for the smooth-running of ministry times. The Prayer Leader leads the local Prayer Team briefing at 9 am on Day 1 (if applicable) and if any prayer-related issues come up during the GAT Event are the person that team members come to for help. The Prayer Leader will also be one of the main speakers.

Prayer Leader Key Skills/ Competencies:

• Have a heart for prayer and experienced at leading large groups in prayer
• Mature spiritual director
• Be an approved member of the ministry team of the Church they attend and willing to abide by ministry guidelines
• Lead the prayer initiative before and after the Alpha training event
