Team Administrator

Due to the scale of GAT the GAT team will be responsible for over seeing much of the local event administration. The administrator is vital for ensuring the smooth running of the team, which should not be underestimated. It is advisable that they have attended an Alpha Conference before.

The Team Administrator is responsible for:

  • Booking flights
  • Arranging Visas
  • Immunizations

This person will liaise with the Local Event Coordinator regarding accommodation and airport pick ups. The Team Administrator will also be one of the main speakers.


Administrator Key Skills/ Competencies:

  • Good at coordinating, collating information and planning
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving ability
  • Ability to communicate cross-culturally and with the Local Event Coordinator on logistics of running the training event
