Partnerships With Churches
We value the partnership and financial support of local churches in our area. Alpha USA/ Twin Cities is eager to extend the Kingdom in this region by partnering with local churches and organizations throughout Minnesota, the Dakotas and parts of Wisconsin and Iowa. Together as the body of Christ our desire is to see thousands more men and women, families, co-workers, neighbors, college students and those in prison come to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ through the Alpha course.
There are three levels of PARTNER SUPPORT we suggest for churches:
______ Supporting Alpha Church: $0 up to $1,000.
Alpha course "Just Curious" kits that introduce Alpha to a pastor and church board run about $35.00. The annual “Alpha Invitation” media blitz raises awareness of alpha among the general population to make it easier to invite guests to a course. Supporting churches sow seeds to help provide resources such as these to extend the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the region.
______ Partner Alpha Church: $1,000—3,000.
It costs roughly $1,000 to help get a new Alpha course started in a church—an extremely cost-effective evangelism tool! Partner churches sow the seeds to start between 1-3 new courses in our region, which in turn, reach dozens of new believers with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
______ Vision Partner Alpha Church: $3,000—10,000.
The Twin Cities Regional Alpha Director supports and consults with over 150 Alpha courses in the five-state area and oversees several teams of 90+ volunteers, to initiate or strengthen evangelism strategies in local churches and coordinate the region-wide “Alpha Invitation.” Vision Partner Churches help sow the seeds that make it possible to unleash the power of the gospel to “Transform the City.”
