Sustaining an Alpha Course

It is relatively easy to start an Alpha course, but it takes more effort to build a strong, healthy course.

Here are a the Top Ten FAQ'S of Veteran Courses.  We hope this will be a source of encouragement to you.

We would also highly encourage you and your team to plan to regularly attend an Alpha Training event.  Why?

• Training new team members - You probably have team members who have been through a course at your church, but have not attended a training event.  The training event can be a source of great encouragement and training for these newer team members.
• Reinforce or hear new information - Many people tell us that although they have been to a training event before (sometimes multiple times), they always hear something valuable to help sustain and improve their course.  
• Networking - It is great to have a mixture of veteran and new course leaders at a training event. During the breaks and meal times, there is time to network and connect with other leaders.
• New material - New training event material is added every year.  Recently we have added Track II seminars and a different speaker often brings a fresh perspective to the training event materials.
