Tardiness Tip

Many of our guests are not arriving on time for dinner. What can we do to encourage them to be prompt?

Bobbi Good, Alpha Advisor and Director at Rose Drive Friends in Yorba Linda, CA had this problem and came up with a great solution.

Every week she gives away a door prize.  The drawing takes place promptly at 6:30 pm, when dinner begins.  In order to be eligible, guests must arrive on time.  No one wants to miss the drawing, and the tardiness rate has gone down significantly.

Perhaps we should try this for some of our church meetings!
