How To Get Connected

Alpha is made up of a network of churches and organizations running Alpha courses around the world. Staying connected with Alpha USA and others running the Alpha course will help make your course a success. Here are two ways to connect:

1. Register Your Course

When you register your Alpha course with Alpha USA, you receive:
  • A listing on the Alpha USA website, so people in your area who want to attend Alpha can easily find your course
  • The Alpha News newsletter, featuring Alpha best practice models and tips
  • Notices on new Alpha developments, resources, training and events in your area
  • Opportunities to network and jointly-advertising Alpha with your neighboring courses
  • Regular prayer for course leaders and guests

2.  Explore Alpha Connected online

Alpha Connected is a treasure of tips, tools, stories and training to help you run the best course you possibly can. Much of it is written by Alpha leaders and other course administrators who have come up with best practices and discovered solutions to common problems as they run their courses year after year. Alpha Connected includes:
  • The Building Better Alpha Courses Library. An ever-developing collection of Alpha course ideas, tools and resources from courses around the nation.
  • Alpha Tips. Timely suggestions and reminders that help Alpha users hone their skills and improve their courses. The tips generally follow the Alpha course cycle in order to provide just-in-time learning for busy Alpha team members.
  • Training. Find out about new training opportunities, and listen to recorded training sessions online.
  • Connection. Participate in blogs, read testimonies and follow links to other Alpha resources throughout the U.S. and worldwide
